Randall Bates is husband of Mary Bates, the brother of Norman Bates (Donnie Wahlberg in Psycho 2 and Matt Damon in Psycho 3) and the father of Jessica Bates also he is the sheriff of Bridgetown. In Psycho 2, He and Mary found out Jessica was kidnapped by Norman and In Psycho 3, they did know Jessica was kidnapped by Norman again but they found out Brianna Johnson and Ameila Johnson is only one know Jessica was kidnapped also Brianna and Amelia's mother, Juilanne Johnson but she know when Brianna and Amelia tell they mother.
