Jessica Bates is daughter of Sheriff Randall Bates and Mary Bates and neice of Norman Bates (Donnie Wahlberg in Psycho 2 and Matt Damon in Psycho 3). In Psycho 2, She was kidnapped by Norman. In Psycho 3, Brianna Johnson and her sister, Ameila Johnson found out Jessica was kidnapped again by Norman when people think she was missing or run away.
