Alexa Gerasimovich (born April 11, 2002) is an American child actress. She is known for her role in the soap opera All My Children as Kathy Mershon. She plays 8-year-old Hayley McDonald and Hannah McDonald in Brianna's killer from her Childhood and Scream: Brianna's Childhood.
